Needs analysis and organisation executed by Foreign Affairs.

Do you have training requirements, but no time to make arrangements? Perhaps you recognise this challenge. You suspect that many people within your company are in need of communications and/or language training, but you do not have the time to analyse these requirements, let alone undertake any follow-up action. Nonetheless, it is in your company’s best interest and that of your employees that this actually takes place.

Let us help you!

Foreign Affairs not only excels in providing actual communication and language training courses, but in their organisation too! You can leave everything to us from analysing interest and initial orientation to arranging premises and follow-up. Below you will find a description and a pricing structure for pre-training organisation. The amount indicated will be deducted from the training fee for each candidate that actually ends up taking a training course at our institute. We will gladly visit you to discuss any specific requirements.

Pre-Training Organisation by Foreign Affairs Communicatie- en Taaltrainingen BV.

A lot of time is involved in organising a training course. We know this better than most. Below you will find a description of the steps involved prior to actual language training. We will gladly undertake this work on your behalf. All that you have to do is provide us with a list of names, telephone numbers and e-mail addresses, and we will do the rest.

1. Interest Analysis: - sending out orientation forms - following up candidates by telephone

2. Provisional Candidate Categorization: - separating absolute beginners from those who already have knowledge of the language

3. Language Proficiency Test: - sending tests to candidates who already have knowledge of the language - evaluating tests

4. Definitive Group Assignment: - creating groups based on language proficiency and available data

5. Course Participant Communications: - confirming training details to course participants.

 Costs

We will carry out the abovementioned tasks on your behalf at a cost of €59 per person ex. VAT. This cost will be deducted from the training fee for each candidate that actually takes a training course at our institute. An easy and safe arrangement. Please feel free to contact us if you need any additional information. We can be reached by telephone on +31 (0)20 491 9668 and by e-mail at info@foreignaffairs.nl.
